Thank you for your interest in our 2021 Fundraiser in support of Silver Willow Farm Rescue. Please use the form below to register for attending the fundraiser. The show is from 2:00-3:30pm. Please try to arrive in enough time to be seated by 1:30pm. For the sake of the horses, there will be NO ADMITTANCE after 2:00pm. You will receive a reply e-mail containing confirmation of your attendance and directions to the farm.
